Our 8-Step Dry Cleaning Process

Initial Inspection

Each garment is carefully assessed for fabric type, age, and care requirements to determine the most appropriate cleaning method. We also identify stains and signs of wear. This marks the first of five meticulous inspection points in our process.

Classification

Garments are expertly sorted by fabric type, color, and level of soiling to ensure precise, tailored care.

Stain and Spot Removal

Our skilled technicians use specialized equipment and targeted agents – introducing water only when appropriate – to gently treat stains and soiling before cleaning.

Cleaning

Each garment undergoes the most suitable cleaning method – dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or laundering – selected to preserve its integrity and finish.

Hand Finishing

Essential to achieving an impeccable result, this stage includes precise hand finishing and the reapplication of sizing, water-repellent coatings, or other treatments as needed. Each item must meet our standards before passing its second inspection.

Pressing

Master pressers individually finish each garment to your exact specifications, restoring its original shape and elegance. Only impeccably cleaned items proceed beyond this third inspection point.

Detailing

Our detailing specialists replace missing or damaged buttons, reattach hardware removed during cleaning, and perform minor repairs whenever possible – ensuring every garment is complete and refined.

Final Inspection and Packaging

Following a fourth inspection, each garment is carefully packaged in protective, eco-friendly wrapping. A final inspection is completed before delivery or in-store collection, ensuring every item meets our exacting standards.
