Our 5-Step Dry Cleaning Process

Initial Inspection
We examine the care labels, age, and type of fabric to ensure an optimal cleaning method. We look for stains and wear. Items are sorted by colour, fabric type, degree of soiling.

Classification
Our experienced technicians use specialized equipment and environmentally friendly agents to target stains and soiling prior to cleaning. We execute the appropriate cleaning method: dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or laundering.

Pressing
Pressers of the highest standard individually finish each piece, restoring garments to its original shape and appearance.

Detailing
Detailing experts replace missing or damaged buttons and reattach hardware that has to be removed to prevent damage during cleaning. We also perform minor repairs free of charge.

Final Inspection and Packaging
The garment is neatly packaged in protective wrapping. A final inspection is done prior to loading for delivery.
